5. Client Services & Agreements

Unless otherwise stated in writing, clients retain ownership of their websites, ad accounts, CRM data, and marketing assets. Engineered Leads may be granted temporary access to third-party platforms solely to perform agreed services. You are responsible for maintaining your own account credentials and access permissions.
7. Third-Party Platforms
We may work with or integrate third-party platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), CRM and automation tools, and hosting/analytics providers. Engineered Leads is not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, or policy enforcement by third-party platforms, nor for data loss or account restrictions they impose. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
8. Advertising & Tracking
