SaaS Development

SaaS Product Development — MVP to Launch

We design, build, and launch SaaS products end to end — architecture, billing, licensing, onboarding, and the marketing site — the same way we built and run Engineered Inventory, our own commercial product with live paying customers.

Sound familiar?

The problems this solves.

01

Agencies that have never shipped

Most dev shops build to spec and disappear at launch — they've never run billing, support, churn, or upgrades on a product of their own. We have. It changes what you build.

02

MVPs that never end

Eighteen months of "almost ready" kills more SaaS ideas than competition does. We scope a launchable v1 ruthlessly and ship it, then iterate on real usage.

03

Product built, nobody comes

Shipping is half the job. We build the growth machine alongside the product: landing pages, pricing, checkout, tracking, and the paid-acquisition system — because that's our other business.

What we deliver

Engineered, not improvised.

  • Product architecture and a ruthlessly scoped MVP plan
  • Full-stack build: application, admin, REST APIs, and infrastructure
  • Stripe billing, licensing, and account management wired in from day one
  • Free-tier / trial gating, onboarding flows, and lifecycle email
  • Marketing site with conversion tracking and paid-acquisition readiness
  • Post-launch iteration: analytics review, feature planning, and support tooling
PROOF

Tested on our own money first

We run this exact playbook on our own live dealership before it ever touches a client account. When we recommend something, it’s because it already worked for us.

FAQ

SaaS Development — straight answers.

Have you actually launched a SaaS?
Yes — Engineered Inventory, a WordPress inventory and lead platform for car dealerships with Stripe subscriptions, licensing, a free tier, and paying customers. It runs in production on our own dealership properties.
What does an MVP cost and how long does it take?
Typical v1 builds run 8–16 weeks depending on scope. We quote fixed after a discovery sprint that produces a spec and architecture you own either way.
Do you take equity?
Our default is a straightforward build engagement — you keep 100%% of your company. For the right product we're open to hybrid arrangements; that's a conversation, not a requirement.
What stack do you build on?
Whatever fits the product: PHP/WordPress for plugin-ecosystem products like ours, Python/FastAPI or Node for standalone apps, Stripe for billing. Boring, proven technology that's cheap to run and easy to hire for.
